convenient ski-in/ski-out access, outdoor jacuzzi experience, unique architectural style
I'll keep it simple, rooms need better soundproofing!!! Regular hot water issues spoil the experience, especially during busy mornings. More transparency regarding hidden spa access charges would improve the stay !!!

It was just a great match for an overnight stopping in Flaine with value for price. The food was delicious, especially the selection of desserts which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check the dinner menu options ahead of time for a better variety.

The outdoor jacuzzi offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, making it a relaxing spot after a long day on the slopes. The decor in the common areas features unique architectural elements, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that adds to the overall experience.
The rooms can feel cramped, especially if you're lugging around ski gear. even the so-called larger rooms leave little space for movement. Noise from the bar area often seeps into the hallways, making it hard to unwind at night. Breakfast service is chaotic. tables aren't cleared quickly enough, which is frustrating when you're trying to fuel up for a day of skiing. the spa facilities are a letdown, with access fees that feel unnecessary given the limited offerings available. I also noticed the room temperature controls are pretty unreliable, catching me off guard with either stifling heat or chilly drafts during my stay.

Excellent for Group Ski Trips
During our stay, the food was plentiful with a good choice available, gluten free bread on request, and every dinner we had was fantastic,, especially the cheese fondue at no extra cost! We also enjoyed the wellness area, the access fee was reasonable, and the back massage was a great way to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
It wasn’t budget-friendly, but the value for what we got was acceptable.

I stayed in a Club Double Room, and it was comfy and clean with fantastic views of the slopes. Plenty of cupboard space and hangers made it easy to keep things tidy. The only downside was that the room was far too warm at times, which made it a bit hard to sleep comfortably.
